Wolfgang came to us with his 4 siblings. WOLFGANG HAS TESTED + FOR FIV. This virus is spread to other cats through bites. Casual, non-aggressive contact and sharing of bowls and grooming each other does not seem to spread the virus. FIV+ cats/kittens can live in homes with other cats/kittens as long as the cats has a positive social structure and do not fight. The virus will not normally pass from mother to kittens but kittens may test + due to mother's antibodies. It is highly recommended to have Gunther retested with his adopter's veterinarian in 6 months. He will likely test negative. Wolke (Volkee) arrived to us with 4 siblings. His foster family loves him. They did recently notice that he doesn't pay attention when they make loud noises. It is possible that he is deaf or has partial hearing loss but it doesn't stop him from being a kitten. If interested in meeting Wolke or his siblings, please stop by during our open hours Saturday, May 30th from 1pm to 5pm.

Their prior history is sometimes unknown. We make every effort to check the basic health and personality of each animal.CAT:Every adoptable cat is currently vaccinated (FVRCPP), vaccinated for rabies (if 12 weeks or older), spayed/neutered, treated for worms, treated for fleas, micro-chipped and started on ear mite treatment (if required).DOG:Each adoptable dog/puppy is currently vaccinated (DHPP), vaccinated for rabies (if older than 16 weeks), treated for worms, treated for fleas, spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm (if over 6 months of age), micro-chipped and started on ear mite treatment (if required).Upon adoption you will be given a health record to take to your veterinarian. Adoption fees are typically $100.00 for kittens, $50 for cats and $300 for dogs/puppies unless otherwise stated. We accept cash or debit/ credit card only! These fees are subject to fluctuation, if deemed necessary, depending on season, amount of adoptable animals in our program, and/or breed of animal.
