Meet Caesar! He;s a polydactyl, so he;s got an extra thumb toe on his front feet. I had been feeding him outside of my work since 2020. On Christmas Eve 2024, he showed up with a rectal prolapse. I took him to my vet and they did surgery to fix the prolapse, I had him neutered and bloodwork done. He is Feline Leukemia FeLV negative, but did test positive for Feline Immunodeficiency virus/FIV. FIV typically causes a weakening of the cat;s immune system. FIV positive cats can live normal lives both in quality and duration, they just need to be monitored for infections and dental issues. I have had him fully vaccinated and he;s been on monthly Revolution Plus flea medicine since December. It is recommended that FIV cats be an inside only cat, or in a home with other other FIV cats. I have other cats in my home, so I cannot take him in. He;s been in my garage since January. Looking for a home or rescue that will take him with his FIV diagnosis.

Not once. I was a perfect gentleman. All I wanted was to curl up in my foster mom’s lap — and I would happily stay there for hours if she let me. Truly, lap-sitting is my superpower.I also have excellent taste. I adore canned cat food and could binge-watch “bird TV” on YouTube like it’s my full-time job.I did test positive for FIV, but please don’t let that scare you. Princess Dot is a polydactyl, she likes to lounge in her hammock and relax. She will reach her big paws out for attention occasionally but she's an easy going quiet girl. She would make a good lap cat, a best friend for someone. Not much seems to bother her. Dot has been spayed, FIV/FeLV tested negative, microchipped, FVRCP-C vaccinated, Rabies vaccinated, dewormed, and placed on monthly flea/tick prevention.
