Story
Meet Caesar! He;s a polydactyl, so he;s got an extra thumb toe on his front feet. I had been feeding him outside of my work since 2020. On Christmas Eve 2024, he showed up with a rectal prolapse. I took him to my vet and they did surgery to fix the prolapse, I had him neutered and bloodwork done. He is Feline Leukemia FeLV negative, but did test positive for Feline Immunodeficiency virus/FIV. FIV typically causes a weakening of the cat;s immune system. FIV positive cats can live normal lives both in quality and duration, they just need to be monitored for infections and dental issues. I have had him fully vaccinated and he;s been on monthly Revolution Plus flea medicine since December. It is recommended that FIV cats be an inside only cat, or in a home with other other FIV cats. I have other cats in my home, so I cannot take him in. He;s been in my garage since January. Looking for a home or rescue that will take him with his FIV diagnosis.

Story
Hi, I’m Tuna… and yes, I really am an absolute dreamboat. 💙All I want in this big world is to be close to my people and have some kitty friends by my side (I must go home with at least one other cats, no dogs please). I’m a social guy through and through, which means I’m going to need a very special human who understands that being alone just isn’t my favorite thing.I was found roaming outside and had a home for a short time. When I was left alone, I got upset and may have expressed my feelings in ways the humans didn’t appreciate (their words, not mine… and I’m not confirming anything 😼). I ended up being left at a barn, but thankfully the people there fell completely in love with me. They knew I was far too special to live life as a barn cat. Then I moved into a foster home where I shared a 500-square-foot foster room with lots of other cats. Guess what? Not one single accident. Not once. I was a perfect gentleman. All I wanted was to curl up in my foster mom’s lap — and I would happily stay there for hours if she let me. Truly, lap-sitting is my superpower.I also have excellent taste. I adore canned cat food and could binge-watch “bird TV” on YouTube like it’s my full-time job.I did test positive for FIV, but please don’t let that scare you. I’m not a fighter, and I live beautifully and peacefully with other cats. I just need love, routine, and someone who sees how special I am.You can find me in The FIV Fabulous Room at Cozy Cat. Ask an adoption counselor to meet me.Trust me — you won’t be sorry

Story
Princess Dot is a polydactyl, she likes to lounge in her hammock and relax. She will reach her big paws out for attention occasionally but she's an easy going quiet girl. She would make a good lap cat, a best friend for someone. Not much seems to bother her. Dot has been spayed, FIV/FeLV tested negative, microchipped, FVRCP-C vaccinated, Rabies vaccinated, dewormed, and placed on monthly flea/tick prevention. Adoption fee is $80 and you will receive medical records and a small bag of starter food for transitioning. You can visit Dot at Chow Hound Pet Supplies in Sidney, Ohio. Story
Super affectionate and likes attention. Atta will reach out for you, loves belly rubs and would be a great interactive family kitty. She has been around many cats, dogs, and children in the past but not recently. She would need proper introductions and acclimation in the home with new pets which we will provide the step on how to do this. Atta has been spayed, FIV/FeLV tested negative, microchipped, FVRCP-C vaccinated, Rabies vaccinated, dewormed, and placed on monthly flea/tick prevention. Adoption fee is $80 and you will receive medical records and a small bag of starter food for transitioning. You can visit Atta at Chow Hound Pet Supplies in Sidney, Ohio.
