Story
Meet Sheldon! Sheldon is a 1-2 year old Siamese Mix that was brought to SCAC when his previous owner had too many animals to properly care for. This sweet boy enjoys climbing the cat tree, his toys, hanging out with his feline friends, treats, and of course all the love and attention he can soak up. He can live with other friendly felines with a proper introduction, children, and possibly a feline savvy dog. Please visit the following link on our website to learn about Second Chance's adoption process. http://www.2ndchanceanimalcenter.org/adoption.html April 2, 2026, 2:12 pm

Story
Cash is a confident, strong-willed guy who knows exactly what he wants in life. He has a dominant personality and would do best as the only cat in the home or possibly with another feline who matches his bold, self-assured energy. Cash enjoys observing his surroundings and taking everything in from his favorite perch or cozy hiding spot. He can be quite shy at times and often likes to tuck himself underneath furniture where he feels safe. He’s independent and prefers to seek attention on his terms but when he’s ready for pets, he truly enjoys them and is even okay with being held. This handsome boy isn’t afraid to use his voice either! He’ll let you know when he’s hungry with a clear meow, and while he may hide when he doesn’t need anything, he’ll make an appearance when it matters most. At night, Cash tends to get the zoomies and enjoys running around to burn off his energy. Future adopters should know he sheds quite a bit and has shown some escape-artist tendencies, so a secure home and mindful door habits are a must. Cash would thrive in a patient home that respects his independence, understands his dominant nature, and allows him the space to feel safe and in control. With the right match, he’ll be a uniquely rewarding companion who keeps life interesting. Story
Meet Berry Berry is a gentle, thoughtful little kitten with a soft spirit and a love for feeling safe and secure. While he may be a bit vocal when he finds himself in new environments, he’s simply expressing that he needs a little time and reassurance to settle in. Once he feels comfortable, his naturally calm and chill personality really begins to shine. This sweet boy is cautious and observant, preferring to take in the world at his own pace. He does great being held and enjoys quiet moments of closeness, making him a wonderful companion for someone who appreciates a more relaxed, sensitive kitty. Berry has only ever known life with his mom and siblings, so new experiences can feel a bit overwhelming at first. He’ll do best in a patient home that can offer slow introductions and a calm environment to help him build confidence. He hasn’t been introduced to dogs or children yet, so a thoughtful approach to any new companions will be important. If you’re looking for a loving kitten who just needs a little time to blossom, Berry could be the perfect addition to your home. Story
Azul is a stud muffin of a big boy cat. We don’t know what is bigger – his beautiful blue eyes or his enormous round head. We estimate him to weigh around 15 lbs and believe he is around 5-6 years old. Azul was found roaming a neighborhood along the Texas Mexico border, where a good Samaritan saw him and knew she had to help him. He was super scrawny, covered in fleas, tons of missing hair and scabs all over his body. After about 6 weeks, Azul is fully healed, all of his hair has grown back, and he is ready for his forever home. Despite his age, he is very playful and active. We do not recommend very young children with him as he can play a little bit rough at times. Azul is in a foster home where he is around other cats and dogs. Even though he is big, he gets along wonderfully with other cats! He has met dogs in the current foster home and has no issues with them. He can live happily with other dogs and cats in the home! Azul would love to be a lap cat and be loved on everyday and all day. He does NOT mark. Azul is neutered, current on age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped and given a clean bill of health from a veterinarian prior to adoption/transport. To apply to adopt you can go to our website at: www.pawsitive-Impact-animal-rescue.org This animal is currently located in Texas, but we do NOT adopt animals out in Texas due to the hundreds of animals being euthanized here daily. We do adopt in Central US and the East Coast. The adoption fee listed INCLUDES transport from Texas to the location where this animal is posted in. Transport goes to the following locations every 2-3 weeks Albany, NY Wells and Brattleboro, VT Willington, Enfield, New Haven and Dayville, CT Port Chester, NY Dayon and Akron, OH Grove City and Bloomsburg, PA Ridgefield and Mt Laurel, NJ White Marsh and Falls Church, MD We have happily adopted hundreds of animals this way (long distance), and we do our best to make sure the animal you are applying for is best fit for your home.
We'll also keep you updated on Azul's adoption status with email updates.

Story
Meet Bell — the sweetest little lovebug with the biggest, most heart-melting eyes you’ve ever seen Bell is one of those cats who instantly captures your heart the moment you meet her. With her huge, adorable eyes and soft, gentle expression, she has a way of looking at you that feels like pure love. But as beautiful as she is on the outside, it’s her affectionate, easygoing personality that truly makes her unforgettable. This girl is incredibly sweet — the kind of cat who just wants to be close to you and soak up every bit of love you’re willing to give. Bell absolutely adores being pet and will happily lean into your hand, asking for more with the softest, most content energy. She’s the perfect companion for anyone who wants a cat that is truly loving, present, and connected to her people. Watch her YouTube video now https://youtu.be/bTBTuEFoZB0?si=OclrezMMKq-_GZTJ One of the most special things about Bell is how tolerant and easygoing she is. She has such a relaxed, trusting nature — she’ll calmly sit there and let you gently dress her up (yes, even in a little hat!) and just “go with the flow” like the sweet, patient girl she is. Nothing seems to ruffle her — she just takes life as it comes with quiet confidence and charm. Bell has also lived with dogs and does wonderfully around them, coexisting with ease and showing just how adaptable and friendly she is. Whether she’s sharing her space or meeting new friends, she handles it all with grace. And if you’re looking for a cat who will fully embrace the cozy life — Bell is your girl. She loves treats (you’ll definitely win her heart that way!) and she is a big fan of belly rubs, which is something truly special for a kitty. She trusts deeply, loves fully, and isn’t shy about showing it. At around 3 years old, Bell is the perfect mix of youthful spirit and calm companionship. She’s past the tiny kitten stage but still full of love, personality, and playful sweetness. She’s the kind of cat who will happily curl up with you after a long day, making your home feel warmer and your heart fuller. If you’re looking for a cat who is gentle, affectionate, easygoing, and endlessly loving, Bell is everything you could hope for and more. She’s not just a good cat — she’s the kind of once-in-a-lifetime companion who will make every single day brighter just by being there! Adopt her!! Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through.  We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 16,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below!  https://www.facebook.com/ThreeLittlePittiesRescueSavingKitties/  https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/  https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $87 surcharge for transport.
