Alfred is a 3 year old Shih Tzu with a story that will tug at your heart and a personality that will instantly make you smile. Before rescue, Alfred did not know comfort or care. He was found in horrible condition, painfully matted, and living with a broken jaw that had gone untreated. For who knows how long, this little guy quietly endured pain no dog should ever experience. Somehow, he kept going and held onto his sweet spirit. Fast forward to now and Alfred is healing beautifully and ready for a home of his very own. Despite everything he has been through, Alfred is hands down one of the happiest boys around. His tail is almost always wagging, he adores people, and he is full of love. He gets along well with other dogs, enjoys car rides like a total pro, and his favorite place is snuggled up close to his people. His jaw healed a little crooked, giving him a permanent lopsided smile, and we find it completely endearing. Alfred is proof that a rough past does not define a dog. He is joyful, affectionate, and ready to soak up all the love he missed out on. Adoption fee is $400 and covers neuter, vaccines, parasite prevention, and microchip. If you are looking for a loyal little companion with a heart of gold and a smile that will melt you daily, Alfred is your guy.

Xandie is a tiny firecracker wrapped in fur.with maybe a little gremlin ancestry thrown in for extra spice. She is small, high energy, hilarious, and absolutely committed to keeping life interesting. Blink and she is doing something ridiculous. Laughing is not optional. Xandie does well with other dogs in her foster home, is house trained, and is currently negotiating a peace treaty with the crate and leash walking. Progress is happening. She would thrive with a fenced yard where she can run, zoom, burn off that spark plug energy, and then come back inside to plot her next comedic act. If you want a dog who keeps you on your toes, provides daily comic relief, and fills your life with nonstop joy and laughter, this little girl is it. Calm homes need not apply. Fun homes encouraged. Adoption fee is $400 and covers spay, microchip, parasite prevention, and vaccines.
