Story
Bear is an 11 year old Silky Terrier and came to us around 10 years ago as a rescue from a neighbor. Bear originally belonged to her sister in law, but she was not able to keep him and my neighbor was also unable to keep him due to issues with their dog. Bear has been a great dog, and is a great protector of the backyard. He will scare away all the unwanted birds, squirrels, and rabbits out of his territory. He would be a great addition to an older family, as young children pulling on him is not his favorite thing as all as a home without cats. He hand some dental issues, but this was fixed by having most of his teeth pulled. He has not let that stop him. He loves treats (maybe a little too much), car rides, and walks. He is great on the leash. Bear is microchipped. He will come with a small bag of food (just to keep the stomach issues to a minimum), a harness, sweaters, a leash, and a few toys.
