You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Sparky was surrendered to the shelter when his owner said she was moving and could not take. While in foster we have found him to be house-trained, crate trained and leash-trained. He is between 8 and 9 years old and 11 pounds.   Sparky is good with both dogs and cats. Older considerate kids only at this time.  Sparky is a nice little dog who enjoys squeaky toys and finding a nice lap to cuddle on. A visit to our veterinarian has shown that he likely only sees shadows and one eye is better than the other. He is having a dental but all else is good. He behaved very well at the vet and is a very sweet boy that needs a nice lap to cuddle on. Sparky will be a great companion for a very special family! Lexi is a 3 yr old, 12 lb., Terrier mix. She is playful and cuddly with her chosen humans. Lexi is a doggie gymnast able to leap onto beds and romp with her friends, dogs of allsizes. She is spayed and up to date with vaccines…. Lexi is suited to an apartment or a house. Like all dogs, she needs walks for exercise and bonding. She needs work on socializing with anyone other than her chosen people. Whether in the house or on walks, she shifts into an unnecessary guarding mode. Be prepared to invest time and patience into this opinionated lady. Lexi squeaks when she barks, and barks when she wants attention or has something else to say. Lexi really needs an experienced owner who can correct a stubborn dog. Preference will be given to homes in within a 30 minute drive of Burlington County, NJ. Interested in adopting this pet?Click here for BCAA's on-line Application! This debonaire and wickedly handsome boy is called Kloki.  He is said to be a Shih Tzu/Long Haired Chihuahua mix and at 4 years and 18  pounds, this boy is ready for a new home where he can King of  his kingdom and can get all the love and affection.  He has had some upheaval in his life recently and his forever first owner is living with people who have other pets which Kloki is not a fan of.  His loving owner cannot live on his own right now so he is sacrificing this loving dog to go to a home where he will be the only pet and the only creature that is the center of the person’s world.  He is housebroken, crate trained and he is not the happiest boy since the move.  He would sit on your lap all day long if you let him.  Are you wanting the love of a really small dog and a promise from you that you will see him through for all the years to come in his life!?  He is sweetly handsome and desperately needing a new place in life.  If you are interested please write to Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com   Tell us where you live when you write us the email. Figgy aka Figs is a calm, laid back boy who is content with sitting in your lap, laying in bed with you, laying beside you...in other words, being your best friend! He prefers to have you in his sight at all times. Figs is on a strict diet of prescription food (he's a little too fluffy) and his snacks are green beans and English peas. His ideal home would include a fenced in yard where he can meander around the yard at his leisure. The only time he gets in a hurry is when it's mealtime. He loves to bark at squirrels, leaves falling off the trees, bugs, just anything that catches his attention.
