Meet Beethoven
Beethoven is a sweet 5-year-old Shih Tzu whose owner is heartbroken to rehome him but
knows it’s the best thing for him. With a demanding schedule working and attending nursing
school, she simply can’t give him the time and attention he deserves. Beethoven is ready for a
home where he can be cherished, included, and loved the way every dog should be.
Beethoven is a pretty chill guy overall. He isn’t overly demanding and enjoys spending his time
doing whatever you’re doing—whether that’s relaxing at home, taking a stroll, or just hanging
out nearby. He is crate trained, leash trained, and potty trained, making him an easy addition to
just about any home.
He gets along with everyone he meets and does well with other dogs, cats, and kids. Beethoven
isn’t the playful type when it comes to other dogs; he prefers to quietly observe and keep to
himself while the action unfolds around him. His gentle, easygoing personality makes him a
great match for a calm household or someone looking for a low-maintenance companion.
Beethoven is the kind of dog who simply wants to be near his people and enjoy life at a relaxed,
comfortable pace. He’s affectionate, well-mannered, and ready for a home that can give him the
love, time, and presence he’s been missing.
