While they’ve made progress, they still need some attention to come out of their shells. Catfish is a stunning young cat that needs a pet owner—or a dedicated foster—willing to give him time, love, and gentle guidance. He may hiss when approached, but he can be safely handled and has a soft spot for treats (a great way to win him over!).
