Teddi can be mouthy and will need continued training to help him develop polite manners. Because of this, he may be too much for young children, though a home with older kids could be considered at a parent’s discretion. Teddi prefers to be the only pet, as he does not do well with other dogs or cats. This little guy will need regular professional grooming to keep his coat looking and feeling its best, and he’ll benefit from ongoing training. The good news? Teddi is highly motivated by toys and high-value treats, making him a fun and rewarding training partner. He would make an excellent companion for an adult who enjoys working with their dog and building a strong one-on-one bond. Teddi can be vocal at times, so a quieter home—rather than an apartment setting—would likely suit him best.
