Howie is a 3 or 4 yr old Shih Tzu, who is about 11 lbs. He is a snuggle bug as he loves to cuddle, watch TV with his owners, and sleep in the morning. He is quite the character. Howie is house and crate trained. He would do best as an only dog. Howie is great with cats, older children and adults. He is an amazing companion who makes his foster family laugh a lot with his silly noises and expressions

Muffin is barely 11 year old, 14 pound ShihTzu who is looking for her twilight home! Sweet middle aged Muffin`s previous owner passed away and she is looking for a new family that will adore her and take good care of her. She is a calm little lady who is house broken and loves to carry around a paper tube, a birth cake or toy. She gets along with other dogs like herself (calm) but prefers her humans! Muffin sticks close to people but she also enjoys hanging out in her special chair. She loves going for walks; as many as you can fit in! Her vet says she has great teeth for a dog of this age and breed! She is dealing with a skin condition (bacterial yeast) that is almost fully resolved, and she has ear infections and low tear production. she may need to stay on allergy meds and eye drops, but other than these minor issues m she is a very healthy girl! This darling dog doesn`t need much - just a kind and quiet home to relax in!
