Hi there, I’m Mr. Bigglesworth! I’m a 6-year-old Sphynx with a big heart and an even bigger love for people. I was sadly found outside as a stray, which is especially dangerous for a hairless cat like me, but I’m safe now and ready to find a warm, loving forever home. Because I don’t have fur, my care is a little different than most cats. I need to live strictly indoors in a warm environment, as I can get cold very easily. Cozy blankets, sweaters, heated beds, and warm laps are some of my favourite things. My skin produces natural oils that fur would normally absorb, so I’ll need regular baths or gentle wipe-downs to keep my skin clean and comfortable. Along with that, routine ear cleaning and nail care are important, as Sphynx cats tend to build up wax and oils more quickly in those areas. I also love soaking up the sun, but too much direct sunlight can cause sunburn, so my sun time should always be supervised. All that extra care comes with big rewards—I’m an incredibly sweet, friendly, and affectionate boy.
