Rupert is a ~2 month-old, 14 lb puppy. We think Rupert is a St. Bernard mix. He will be a big boy! Rupert is curious, learning about the world, and soaking up new experiences every day. He will need continued house training, leash training, and crate training, along with ongoing positive socialization to help him grow into a confident adult. Like most large-breed dogs, he’ll require daily exercise, structure, and mental enrichment, with increasing activity as he matures. Adopters should be ready for the time, patience, and lifelong commitment that come with raising a puppy — especially one who will grow into a big dog. In return, you’ll get the chance to shape a wonderful companion from the very beginning.

This sweet, slightly clumsy beauty is all heart, all softness, and all about the snacks. Ophelia is a certified Pet Acceptance Professional — head, belly, booty, you name it, she’ll happily accept all pets with a look of pure bliss. And while toys aren’t really her thing yet, she did proudly grab a bone today and parade it outside like she unlocked a new life achievement. She’s quiet as a cloud, content to snooze while the humans handle all the boring stuff. But don’t be fooled — when she gets excited (usually for food because… same), she does the cutest tiny spins that will melt you instantly. Ophelia’s crate manners? Immaculate. She settles in quietly, especially now that her crate is in the action zone where she can keep tabs on her people. She’ll head to the door when she needs to go out and knows grass is for potty breaks — a polite queen! 👑 She loves lounging in the backyard, isn’t phased by vacuums, blenders, or even surprise LOUD construction — apparently nothing can interrupt her chill. She knows some basic commands and is eager (and treat-motivated 👀) to learn more. She’s a wonderful mix of silly and sweet, with just a sprinkle of clumsy charm. The only thing she’s still figuring out? Leash world. Walks can make her a bit nervous right now, but she’s settling in and learning that the world outside isn’t so scary. With patience and gentle guidance, she’ll get there. Here is a note from his foster: We fostered Dogbert over the Holidays and he was the best first foster we could have asked for. Dogbert is a very chill senior gentleman who is wonderful around people and kids and absolutely loves a good nap. Despite his laid-back nature, he's far from aloof - he adores loving head and belly scratches and will gently ask for more if you stop. His calm knows no bounds - he barely even lifts his head when new people enter the home, and he was the gentlest giant with our young nieces. Dogbert is also a great listener. He patiently waited for an "okay" before heading down the stairs to our backyard and always listened when it was time to come back in. He's polite, easygoing, and a joy to have around. Dogbert would thrive in a home where he has a cozy place to relax, lots of love, and humans who appreciate a calm, affectionate companion.
