This little man is Bob. He is a curly haired breed, likely a poodle mix (not hypoallergenic), but he is currently shaved down due to the horrible state of his coat when he came to us. Someone who had him likely had never groomed, which his coat type requires. Based on his teeth, he appears to be around 2 years of age. We don't know anything about him other than he's a sweet boy who just wants love. We're finding a new home for him now, so apply if you have room in your home and heart. A $350 adoption fee includes his neuter, vaccines, and microchip. It's important that his new owners know the importance of grooming a curly haired breed - once a month professional grooming, but daily combing is a must. I’m a 20 year old college student, and I’ve had Apollo for around three years. I used to live on a farm with my family, and at the time we had two dogs, to protect the house and each other when they went around the farm. We moved to a suburban neighborhood shortly after, with both dogs. His older brother doesn’t have much time left, and can’t play as much or run around, and if they do it’s confined to a backyard. With me in college now and my mother works and commutes, I just know in my heart he deserves better. I don’t want to get rid of him, but it’s for the best. We need to start bringing the older dog inside more and letting him sort of age gracefully now, but constantly feel horrible about keeping Apollo outside. I know there are options such as training but after taking him to be free range and not having the time or money to pay for training, this is the best I can do for my dog right now. He’s an amazing dog, never has ever bitten even another dog let alone a human, just loves.

Zuzu is an excellent companion who would be perfect for someone who is retired or works from home. She is incredibly affectionate, loves to snuggle, and enjoys playing with toys, especially balls.To thrive, Zuzu needs a home with no other dogs, cats, or young children. We adopted her from a rescue after she struggled in her first home due to chasing the senior cats. Unfortunately, she is exhibiting the same behavior with our senior cat despite our efforts to keep them separated. Additionally, she has been too assertive with our older, large female dog which has let to fighting. While Zuzu walks well on a leash without pulling, her herding instincts cause her to react to vehicles and other dogs. Consequently, she requires a patient, experienced owner committed to consistent training.Making the decision to rehome Zuzu was a difficult one. But she deserves all the attention and love.
