Charlie is a 6 year old mixed breed dog that includes standard poodle, pit and, boxer. He is a kind, lovable, and loyal companion. He has short bursts of energy when outside running around the backyard but then is ready to lie down and chill out in the house. Charlie checks in with his person for guidance and reassurance and listens to basic commands such as, sit, stay, and leave it. Charlie is house broken and a very good boy. He is very intelligent and a fast learner. He is low to moderate energy level and tends to be a couch potato. He would do best with a confident, patient, and experienced dog parent(s). Charlie would do best in a calmer home as the only pet. Onyx is, from what I was told when I got her, a Rottweiler-Poodle mix. She is a little over a year old. She is spayed and housebroken. Friendly. Good with kids, though I would recommend a house without small children as she sometimes gets excited and forgets her size. She gets along with other dogs, though she is VERY playful and, again, sometimes forgets how big she - so it's best she not go somewhere with small or elderly dogs. She has been around one cat and really just wanted to play with her. So I to think she would be okay with other cats but she has not been extensively cat tested. Very energetic. She loves taking walks and would be a good walking/hiking partner. She loves being outside and will chase a soccer ball around the backyard. She is a runner! I would be most comfortable sending her to someone with a fenced in yard.

Stihl is a very energetic and playful dog, but he also has a laid-back, calm side and knows when it’s time to settle down. He is extremely friendly, great with kids, and enjoys being around people. Stihl is well trained, crate trained, and fully house trained. He does not use the bathroom inside the house and does very well with a regular routine. He listens well, has good manners, and is comfortable relaxing in his crate when needed. Overall, Stihl is a great combination of energetic, loving, well-behaved, and calm. He makes a wonderful family dog and companion.

🐩💕 MEET NALA — BEAUTIFUL, BRILLIANT & READY FOR HER FOREVER HOME! 💕🐩 Nala is a beautiful Poodle mix who is approximately 1½ years old and weighs 28.6 pounds. She’s a slender girl who could stand to gain a few pounds, but some good-quality food and plenty of love should have her filling out in no time. And did we mention this girl is SMART?! 🧠✨ Nala has fantastic house manners. She is house trained AND crate trained and already knows an impressive list of commands, including sit, down, paw, wait, leave it, outside, and potty. Her recall is excellent, too! At mealtime, Nala politely waits for permission before eating. She’ll sit looking at her bowl until she’s given the “eat” command and hand signal. Yep… she’s that clever. ❤️ Right now, Nala is sporting a very short haircut because she came to us severely matted. Once that beautiful Poodle coat grows back, she’ll need regular grooming to keep her comfortable and looking her best. 🐾 Nala likes other dogs and loves people. 🐾 Cats are unknown, although she has shown very little interest in rabbits or squirrels in the yard. 🐾 She’s generally quiet and rarely barks — and when she does, she listens when told to stop. 🐾 She LOVES children, but because she can jump when excited, we’re recommending a home without toddlers or very young children. Like many Poodles and Poodle mixes, Nala is an energetic girl who loves to PLAY — and she plays hard! Because of her play style, she would do best as the only dog or with a larger canine companion who appreciates her enthusiasm. Nala is incredibly responsive to training. She initially jumped up when excited, but after learning “off” and “no,” she stopped jumping on her foster within just a day. She genuinely seems to enjoy learning and making her people happy. We think this girl could be an amazing agility dog or running companion for someone looking for an active best friend. But after the fun is over?
