ntroducing Daxton! 🐾😍 This 11 week old Schnauzer/Hound mix is the definition of sweet and snuggly, with his soft scruffy coat and the most lovable, gentle presence. He has such an adorable, cozy little vibe about him that just makes you want to scoop him up and never put him down. Daxton is super chill and laid back, making him the perfect balance to a busy home. He’s incredibly affectionate and happiest when he’s being held like a baby or curled up close, soaking in all the love. Snuggling is truly his favorite thing, and he’s always ready to be your little cuddle buddy. He does enjoy playing, but he’s definitely more on the relaxed side and easygoing. Daxton gets along great with kids, cats, and other dogs, making him a wonderful fit for just about any family. Daxton is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to find his forever home 💙

Story
🐾 42 lbs of pure sweetness and just the right amount of clingy (the good kind). 💛 Shelby is about 2 years old and we’re guessing some kind of Schnauzer/terrier mix—but what she definitely is… is an absolute love bug. If you’ve ever wanted a living, breathing teddy bear that follows you around, congratulations—here she is. She loves: ✨ Allllll the people 🦴 Benebones, Kongs, and anything snack-related 🎾 Playtime (with just the right off switch) She’s good with: ✔️ People (seriously, all of them) ✔️ Other dogs ✔️ Public outings She’s still working on: Containing her excitement… because sometimes love = little jumps Being okay when you’re doing something without her (rude, honestly) Shelby is the kind of dog that just gets it. Mid-to-low energy, happy with a good walk, and then ready to be your shadow the rest of the day. She’s smart, eager to learn, and already picking up routines like a pro. The basics: Crate trained (and getting better every day—she’ll even go in on her own) Potty trained (no accidents 🙌) Leash trained (sticks close unless something loud says otherwise) Car rides: a little nervous but improving quickly Her vibe: Soft, affectionate, easygoing… the kind of dog that just melts into you. She wants to be as close as physically possible at all times, and honestly, you won’t mind. Perfect home: Someone who wants a best friend. An active-ish home that will include her in life, love on her endlessly, and help her keep building confidence. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, slightly velcro companion… Shelby is your girl. 💕 Adoption Info: All of our animals are fully vetted, which includes spay/ neuter, up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested and treated if necessary, up to date on flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and microchipped prior to adoption. Our requirements are non-negotiable and include the following: All current pets in the home must be spayed or neutered if over 6 months of age, unless there is a documented medical exemption with veterinary confirmation. All current dogs must be up to date on Rabies and Distemper/Parvo (DHPP) vaccinations. All current dogs must be on consistent, consecutive heartworm prevention. Past dogs listed on the application must also show a consecutive history of heartworm prevention. To start the adoption process, please fill out our application here: - https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/WAG/Dog Please also take a moment to read our requirements located in the application. Please note: The dog you're applying for might already have a meet-and-greet scheduled, be on a trial with another family, or has been offered to another rescue within our network Don't worry though - we're always happy to help you find another great match if that happens! Our goal is to make sure every pup ends up in the best home for their needs (and yours too!).

Story
Stuart is a companion. He will go with you to the dog park or hike if you want to go, and stay home and cuddle if that's what you're wanting too! He loves cats, and often cuddles with my cat. He can be shy around kids or other dogs at first, but once a good introduction has been done, he's fine. Would do best in a home with older kids though, as my toddler can be a bit much for him at times. His birthday is 08/08/2020. He's up to date on shots and hypoallergenic so he doesn't shed and needs to be groomed every few months. He needs to be retrained on the leash, but loves to go on walks and play fetch. Is completely house trained and crate trained at night, although he would love to sleep in the bed with you as well. He is the best dog and I am only rehoming because I have an autistic toddler that doesn't respect Stuart's space and he relaxes so much more when my son isn't home. I want him to be in a space where he is safe and calm and gets the love and attention he deserves.

Story
Tank and his sister Sydney are absolutely adorable puppies. And yes—they’re already potty trained (we know, it’s a dream come true). What really sets them apart? Their gentle, affectionate nature. They’re the kind of pups who just want to be someone's companion or to have the title of "the family dog". They have a lot of love to give. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a soft heart and a scruffy little face… either one of these darling pups is perfect for you. These sweet, wire-haired babies are up to date on shots. They’re not fixed just yet, but will be prior to going to their new home. Adoption fee of $75. We can transport within driving distance (over 3 hours may be an additional fee for transport).
