Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Thanks for your interest in a pet from A.R.F.! If you see a pet here, they are still available for adoption and you should apply through our adoption application on our website at https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/ Sam is a 2 month old male Schnoodle who weighs in at 5.5 pounds. This pup's adoption fee is $850. If you are still interested, please read more below. Meet Sam, a sweet, fluffy little schnoodle with an adorable face and a fun puppy personality. At just 5.5 pounds, he may be tiny, but he has plenty of spunk! Sam loves playing with his foster brothers, exploring and then settling in when all that puppy energy finally runs out. Like any young puppy, Sam will need a family ready to give him lots of attention and continue teaching him the ropes. He is practicing pottying outside and working hard on crate training at night. He has had the comfort of sleeping near his foster brothers, so a few lonely nights as he adjusts to his new home wouldn't be surprising. Sam is a loving little guy, and we have no doubt he will make a wonderful family companion. This pup is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, and neutered. The new family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing. Please note ARF does not approve applications for any puppy under 6 months of age to families that live outside of Illinois and/or beyond 100 miles of Wheaton or Glen Ellyn, IL. A meeting will not be scheduled until you have an approved application, so if you're interested in adopting this pup fill out an online application today! https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/ Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will contact you to arrange a meeting. ARF is an all volunteer organization. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved. Thank you for your patience! Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Thank you for considering a rescue pet from A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation! We are based in Wheaton, IL and conduct adoption events in the DuPage County area. If you are interested in adopting one of our pets, please submit an adoption application at https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/ Adoption appointments are scheduled based on the order of applications received, so submit your application early! Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions or schedule meetings until your application has been approved. More information about our adoption process can be found on our website here: https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/ As an all-volunteer, foster home-based organization, A.R.F. Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit our animals. Please visit https://www.arf-il.org/events/ for a list of our upcoming adoption events. Thank you for choosing to adopt, not shop! October 9, 2026, 12:07 am
