Foster location: Weyauwega Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Bio: Meet Gizzard! Straight outta Louisiana and ready to spice up your life, Gizzard is a 4-month-old Schnauzer mix with big puppy energy, questionable life choices, and absolutely zero training. This handsome little guy is looking for a family that's ready for the full puppy experience. We're talking potty training, leash training, house manners, learning that shoes are not chew toys, and figuring out that 3 AM is not an appropriate time for zoomies. Gizzard is curious, playful, goofy, and full of potential. Like all puppies, he'll need patience, consistency, and lots of love as he learns how to be the best boy he can be. The good news? Everything he learns now will help shape him into an amazing lifelong companion. If you've been missing a little chaos, a lot of laughs, and a best friend who thinks you're the coolest person on Earth, Gizzard might just be your guy. 4 months old Schnauzer mix Professional toy tester Future good boy (training required!) Foster location: new london Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Bio:  Good Morning Pigeon Pigeon is a 4-month-old Schnauzer mix (possibly with a little Chihuahua terrier type mixed in) who is as dainty as she is adorable. This petite girl has a heart full of love and is convinced that everyone she meets should be her new best friend. Pigeon absolutely adores kids, does great with other dogs, and is very intrigued by the resident cats. She would love nothing more than a family who will include her in all of life's adventures and shower her with the love she deserves. Sadly, Pigeon's story didn't start out perfectly. Her little family wasnt kept in the best environment,  luckily no harm came to them and the bucket was removed before things could have been worse! While her owners chose not to surrender the parents, we were fortunate that they entrusted the puppies to one of our rescue partners and allow them to fix the parents, giving them the opportunity for a fresh start and a brighter future. Because we do not know her exact breed mix, we can't guarantee her adult size, but both parent dogs are under 30 pounds. As with any young puppy, Pigeon is still learning the ropes. Her future family should be prepared for puppy training, socialization, and all the fun (and occasional mischief!) that comes with raising a young dog. If you're looking for a sweet, social little companion who loves everyone she meets, Pigeon may be the perfect addition to your family. Apply today and give this tiny sweetheart the forever home she's been waiting for. Our Pack Animal Rescue,  Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. License #487823. Foster location: New London Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Bio:  Meet Possum If Pigeon is the life of the party, Possum is the girl quietly watching from the corner, deciding if you're worthy of her friendship. This 4-month-old Schnauzer mix (possibly with a little Chihuahua mixed in) is a dainty, gentle soul who can be a bit shy and insecure when faced with new people, places, and experiences. While she may not be the first puppy to run up and demand attention, don't let that fool you. Once you earn Possum's trust, her snuggles are endless. She forms deep bonds with her people and absolutely melts into your arms when she feels safe. There is something incredibly special about watching a timid puppy learn that the world isn't so scary after all. Possum does well with other dogs, loves kids, and is curious about the cats. Having a confident canine friend in the home may help her continue building confidence as she grows. As with any young puppy, Possum is still learning all the important puppy skills, including potty training, kennel training, and navigating the big world around her. She is looking for a family willing to be patient, encouraging, and committed to helping her blossom. The best things in life are worth waiting for, and Possum is no exception. ❤️ If you're looking for a sweet, sensitive little companion whose love is earned and treasured, Possum may just be your perfect match.
