·Intake Reason: Transferred from a Louisiana shelter.-Weight: 22 lbs Known with: ·Dogs: Unknown ·Kids: Unknown ·Cats: UnknownPuppies are magnificent! I am cute, rambunctious, lively and fun. I have so much to learn, discover and explore - just a tiny sponge who is ready to absorb everything you must teach me and show me. I am counting on you to help me safely navigate the world and experience new things each day to allow me to grow into a confident young dog. That isn’t as exotic and daunting a task as it might sound. Each day I just need to be introduced to one new thing like the sound of a vacuum, a blender or a doorbell, walking up and down a step, a ride in a car, hearing a motorcycle or a truck, going somewhere to see new people, even maneuvering a fallen log on a walk. You get the idea, so many things that seem common to you are completely new to me. Speaking of growing, I may be tiny now but I do plan on getting bigger so I would love to take obedience classes to learn proper manners and social skills. I also know I have to practice something called house-training, so I know proper potty behavior. A routine and lots of yummy treats and praise will go a long way to helping me master house-training when I potty outside. Puppies and dogs need love, exercise, mental stimulation and consistency to be healthy, happy and confident. I am typically very open to all sorts of housemates; I can be a bit mischievous and may find any other critter as a potential playmate so they will need to understand that about me. I often explore the world with my mouth and while I am teething, I like to chew; my little puppy teeth are very sharp so if I am around children we should always be supervised. It is important that children learn about respecting me, too, and treat me gently because I am fragile. Raising a puppy is a big responsibility, a lot of work, and it may interrupt your sleep cycle for a bit, but a courteous and well-behaved dog is certainly worth the investment, and I promise to be loyal, love you unconditionally and be a companion forever. I just know I will bring joy and laughter into your home and cannot wait to meet you. Let the adventures begin!#1

Why does this adorable girl have 2 names? Well she was adopted from the shelter years ago, and we already have a Willow so deciphering the two was Willow Perdi and Willow. Sounded better than saying old Willow, new Willow??Willow P will gladly do anything for treats. She sure does love her food, but who doesn’t. Willow P is looking for a home where it can be just her and her person. Sometimes dogs just don’t want to share their space, and that’s OK. Willow would be content Sitting on the couch watching movie, taking walks, and of course playing! If you think Willow Perdi would fit in your home, call the shelter to inquire about her! He is the absolute sweetest boy who loves cuddles and gets along great with dogs of all sizes and with cats. He is very calm and only gets excited when you direct your attention towards him. He doesn't jump or paw at you. In the video he was terrified in a shelter with a 100 dogs barking so that level of excitement is not his normal. He has wavy/curly hair but it's soft, not wiry. He is an absolute gem. He is currently still in Oklahoma where he was rescued but he can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. He has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport at one of our transport drop off locations below. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, we will either find a local foster to take him in or he will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found.
