Story
Little Anzen (Japanese for quiet) was rescued from a local hoarding situation where 9 dogs including a pregnant dog and a litter of puppies were being kept in a junkyard. We are looking for a quiet and safe foster home for Anzen. He's very frightened and will need time to decompress and start to trust people. At the moment, he can not yet be touched, he's too afraid. He will need a secure yard and we think, that the company of a friendly dog could help him become more confident as he loved the other dogs he lived with in the junkyard. Anzen is a little guy at about 28 lbs and as you can see, he's super adorable, he looks like a mini bear baby. Meet adorable Logan! What a ham! He's super duper cute at a perfect size of about 40 lbs. And he's smart as a whip. He learns so fast! Logan was rescued from a high kill shelter and he's definitely happy to be alive and safe! He has quite a bit of energy and is athletic but also loves to just snuggle up next to you. Logan is looking for a calm, adult household with yard access. He has started obedience training and is learning fast. Logan is super affectionate! Story
These guys are 4 year old neutered litter-mates and have been together all their lives. Rascal is the larger shorthair, Cooper is smaller with curly coat. Rascal is playful and mischievous, thus the name. Cooper is more of a gentle soul, happy to just hang out or be a lap dog. They both need lots of love and attention. We are an older couple nearing retirement and want to travel more. We do not have the time to give these guys the attention they deserve. We would like to find them a new home where they can continue to be together. Adoption will include their sleeping crates and beds, toys, harnesses and leashes.
