Meet Mayra, a 4.5-year old female Corgi/Shepherd mix.Mayra is such a cute girl and so much fun. She has these huge ears but short legs with a long back and only weights in at 20 pounds right now. To match her silly looks is her social and silly personality. Mayra loves to get attention and is super lovable. Please remember that Mayra is a puppy and puppy behavior comes with the package. They need basic training and potty training along with being provided chew toys to encourage proper chewing habits. All puppies require socializing from a young age to help them become the best, most well-rounded dog they can be.This pet is available for adoption on 4/21/24 at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center. If you recognize this animal please contact the adoption center at 509-457-6854.If you are interested in adopting this pet please fill out an adoption questionnaire at www.yakimahumane.org. A Yakima Humane Society staff member will contact you once your questionnaire has been processed. Adopters are welcome to visit the adoption center Monday-Saturday. A Picture says 1000 words...right? While an animal's picture draws interest, the reality is that as a potential adopter most people would like as much information as possible about a pet. The Yakima Humane Society is an open admission shelter. What does this mean? Over 90% of the pets at the adoption center arrive as strays, no history of behavior or medical care is known.
