Story
We rescued Bella back in mid to late November. She was on a 4 foot rope tied to a light pole. She had no shelter or shade. When we picked her up she was malnourished and starving for attention. The people that put her in this situation were glad to see her go. She absolutely loves people but I dont think she has ever been around another dog until we got her. She needs to be in a 1 dog household with someone who can give her the attention she deserves. She is high energy so she needs a safe place to run and play.
