AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION Meet Mei Mei (D-5913) — your future cuddle buddy with a playful streak! This beautiful 2.5-year-old girl is a perfect blend of Australian Shepherd smarts and Pit Bull sweetness, weighing in at about 40 lbs of pure love. Mei Mei is fully house trained, spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all her vaccines (rabies, parvo/distemper, influenza, bordetella, and even rattlesnake!). In the house, she’s an affectionate little shadow who adores curling up for snuggles. Step outside and her fun side comes out — cue the zoomies and happy playtime! She gets along well with dogs/cats and has a gentle, slightly timid personality, especially around loud noises. Because she bonds closely with her people, she may have a bit of separation anxiety when left alone, but that just means she loves deeply and forms strong connections. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion who’s equal parts cozy couch buddy and playful outdoor pal, Mei Mei might just be your perfect match. If interested please call us! Story
The Official Bio of Ugly: The Bionic Farm Girl Occupation: Professional Survivor, Barnyard Diplomat, and World-Class Cuddler. Age: 4 years The Origin Story: They say what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, and by that logic, Ugly is basically a superhero. As a puppy, she decided to play a game of "chicken" with a car. The car won the round, but Ugly won the war. Not content with just one near-death experience for her resume, she later tried to share a secret with a horse. The horse was not a "secret person" and responded with a swift kick to the face that would have sent a lesser dog to the moon. Why the Name? She was named "Ugly" with love—mostly because after a car and a horse were through with her, she looked a little like a DIY project that was missing the instructions. But don't let the name fool you; she has the "inner beauty" of a thousand Miss Universes and the outer charm of a very lovable, slightly lopsided cartoon character. Personality & Social Life: Ugly is the most popular girl at the party. Having survived high-speed metal and heavy-duty hooves, she has decided that life is too short to be anything but incredibly friendly. Horses: She holds no grudges. She thinks of them as oversized, grumpy dogs who just need a friend. Pigs & Cows: She’s the self-appointed ambassador to the pasture. She speaks fluent "Oink" and "Moo" and is currently campaigning to be the first dog elected to the Barnyard Council. Humans: If you have hands, she expects them to be moving in a scratching motion at all times. Skills: Invincibility: (Seriously, don't test this, but she’s basically made of rubber). Negotiation: She can convince a cow to share its salt lick. Nap Management: Specializes in finding the one patch of sun that doesn't have a horse standing in it. Looking For: A home where her name is a term of endearment, her scars are badges of honor, and there are plenty of friends (two-legged or four) to greet. Call us if you are interested in Ugly!
