Story
Rosie is a 5/6 yr old red heeler with a chill personality and obsession with tennis balls. (Seriously, the girl hoards them all over my apartment.). She loves hikes through the Greenbelt and lounging outside in the sun on those lazy afternoons. She also enjoys watching TV, especially if horses are on screen (She will let you know when!), and hanging out with her humans. Rosie came to live with me a few years ago and she has been an amazing companion ever since. The problem is Rosie deserves a life with a family who has more time and space for her. My schedule as a full time student and full time work has put a strain on her quality of life and happiness, and it’s come to a point where it’s not fair to her anymore. I am looking for a family or individual who has more time than I currently do to enjoy her goofy and loving personality. She gets along with other animals and children and has no history of aggressive behaviors.

Story
This is Sasha. A two year old heeler mix. She was abandoned and we took her in. Into our tiny house, and into our hearts. However, we already have one dog and the two together too much dog for too little house. She is strong and healthy, needs a firm and loving hand. She is responsive to training and very loving and affectionate. We are looking for her forever people and she is so deserving. Willing to meet in Austin.

Story
Meet Lefty & Loyal – Two Brave Australian Shepherd Brothers Looking for a Patient, Experienced Foster Lefty and Loyal are beautiful 2-year-old Australian Shepherd brothers who have survived more than any dog ever should. Found abandoned, injured, and covered in porcupine quills, these boys have fought their way back with quiet strength and gentle spirits. They are now fully vetted, healing well, and slowly learning that humans can be kind. Currently, they are being cared for at an auto mechanic shop, where we work with them daily—earning their trust one step at a time. They’ve begun taking food from our hands, showing us just how much they want to open up and move forward with their lives. These brothers are not aggressive, just scared and unsure, and they need someone patient, calm, and experienced with shy or previously neglected dogs. A foster who can offer consistency, compassion, and a peaceful environment will make all the difference in their journey. What Lefty & Loyal Need: A foster experienced with timid or unsocialized dogs A quiet, secure home environment Patience and gentle guidance to help build their confidence Someone committed to helping them take their next steps toward adoption Preferably a fenced yard and another balanced dog (not required but helpful) Lefty and Loyal are incredibly special boys—sensitive, intelligent, and full of potential. With the right foster, they will blossom into the loving companions they were always meant to be. If you have a heart for helping dogs who need a second chance and the patience to guide them through the healing process, please reach out. These brothers deserve to finally know safety, comfort, and family.
