Story
Hello, I went to South Korea and brought back two rescue dogs. I’m able to keep one but must give the other up to another family. As you may be aware, South Korea has a big problem and there are many dogs that need rescue. Jamey’s early life was very hard and was badly treated. He was tied up with four short leashes and had to sleep standing up. As the result he has a scar around his neck, which was surgically repaired. Since being rescued, he has made study progress and has no lingering health problem. Though, he is still gaining much needed weight as his first owner in Korea only fed him every other days with leftover rice. He’s extremely friendly and gets along well with our other rescue dogs. He’s completely house broken and well behave but still has lingering anxiety which is improving.

Story
I'm in a FOSTER HOME! For more information or to set up a meet-and-greet, email my foster parent at laura.adopt.dog@gmail.com.Avery is just a wonderful young girl who dreams of a better life. She is so pretty with a gorgeous grey and white coat. Her eyes are soft and sweet. Avery arrived at the shelter as a super bashful pup. She was lost, alone and so unsure of the world. How heartbreaking is that? We've been spending quiet moments with her to help her gain her confidence. It's amazing what a little love, patience, and yummy treats can do as Avery is getting a bit more of a pep in her step. Avery has become a pretty low maintenance pup since moving in to foster care! She does well with other dogs, and is really good with our two scaredy cats and gives them their space. She loves playing tug and running around with her foster sister (our resident dog) and is happy to share her toys and snacks with her. Avery is medium/low energy and is a home-body. She likes to play a bit each day and likes to have a toy to chew on. She is good on a leash, though prefers her walks to be short and gets excited to turn around and go home when she is done walking. Avery loves to cuddle and is a great couch companion, she likes to glue her body right up next to her human's, though is ok with a dog bed too!Avery wants to be adopted by a gentle, mellow family that will give her the time and space to acclimate. She is well worth all the efforts as she is just a very nice dog. Please meet Avery soon and help her on her journey to happiness!
