Who came first—the Chick(en) or the Egg? Come meet these adorable sisters and decide for yourself!
Chick and Egg's story began the day before Easter, when their mama, Bunny, was rescued from an alley and gave birth to just two tiny kittens that very night. As the only siblings in the litter, they've grown up side by side and share an incredibly special bond. We'd love to see these best friends find a forever home together.
Though they're inseparable, these sisters each have their own unique charm.
Chick is the social butterfly of the pair. A few back scratches are all it takes to get her purring, and she's always ready to investigate what you're doing. She's playful, curious, and wonderfully affectionate.
Egg likes to keep a little mystery. She's a bit more independent and prefers to make you earn her affection—but once she decides you're worthy, she's every bit as sweet as her sister.
Their Favorite Things:
Racing pom-pom balls across the house.
Carrying crinkle toys around like prized treasures.
Climbing scratching posts and balancing on top.
Birdwatching together from their favorite window hammock.
Like any kittens, Chick and Egg have endless energy and are looking for a home where they can play, explore, and continue building their confidence. They're still a little shy with new people, but warm up quickly with patience and kindness (and lickable treats!). They seem interested in making new feline friends, and have been curious about their foster sisters, so they could do well with another cat after a slow introduction.
They're not lap cats just yet, but they're still growing and learning that people are safe. With time, love, and plenty of play, these girls are sure to blossom into wonderful companions.
Chick and Egg may look completely different, but they're two halves of the same heart. If you're looking for twice the laughs, twice the zoomies, and twice the love, these Easter babies are ready to hatch into your family together.
