Story
We have had Bobbie for about 2 years. His estimated age is 5. We had his tail bobbed due to injury (cause unknown) that happened before he came to us. He is confident, social, affectionate, and playful. Loves to play with shoelaces! He likes to be outdoors for periods of time in good weather in his heated cat shelter (which would go with him if requested). He tolerates female cats and the neighbor's golden lab. Unknown re kids. Generally social with strangers. He does get skin mites, which are controlled with Greenie's skin and fur treats and occasional flea and mite treatment. He does not get along with our other male cat. When he was first brought in, he occasionally sprayed inside to establish territory, but has not done that for awhile now. Other than the Greenies he does not get a special diet, kibble at will and small spoon of wet food twice a day.

Story
Murietta came from a hoarder’s house. The house was so crowded with stuff and other cats that Murietta was forced to find a place to call her own - the rafters. It’s been years since Murietta was rescued from that hoarder’s house but the horrors she lived through are fresh in her head. Years later, she still prefers the rafters. She likes to be up high. Her tower is her security. Murietta doesn’t live completely in her castle in the clouds. When she does venture down to earth, she loves to curl up with her friend Scrappy. Scrappy is very similar in purrsonality to Murietta. He hasn’t been convinced that he needs to interact with humans. Both Murietta and Scrappy are sweet cats. There’s not a bad bone in their bodies. They just prefer cats to humans. Their adopter needs to appreciate their preferences. Murietta is very bonded to her friend Scrappy. She must be adopted with him. Scrappy and Murietta are currently in foster care. Please contact our adoption specialists at adoption@kittyrevolution.org or submit an application to meet them.
