While she can still be shy and sensitive in new situations, her confidence is growing, and it’s been wonderful to see.As she becomes more comfortable, Morticia has started to get silly and playful in the yard, showing off her fun, goofy side. She has also done well with dogs her own size, especially with calm, appropriate introductions. These moments are a glimpse of the dog she can be once she feels safe and secure.Morticia’s nervousness comes from caution, not a lack of love. She will thrive with experienced, patient adopters who understand the importance of moving at her pace and building trust over time. A quiet, consistent home with gentle guidance will help Morticia continue to blossom into the deeply loyal and devoted companion she’s meant to be. Morticia is improving every day, she just needs someone willing to see past her nerves and give her the chance she deserves.
