📖 Her Story
Back on August 15th, we shared an urgent plea… A Great Dane mama and her 9 tiny pups (just 3–4 weeks old) had nowhere safe to go. Three babies had been bitten by a snake that very morning, rushed to the hospital, fighting for their lives. 💔 One didn’t survive.
With her family moving in just 2 days, Heidi — weighing nearly 100 lbs herself — was shelter-bound with her fragile little ones. Thanks to rescuer Carrie, this family made it safely to FairyTails. Covered in sores, on liquid meds, and broken but not beaten, they healed with love and care. 🌟

Heidi is ready for her forever family! This gentle mama has raised her spooky-sweet babies and is now waiting for someone to give her the happy ending she deserves. 💕
She may look like a Halloween giant, but don’t be fooled — Heidi is a cuddle bug who’s more “treat” than “trick.” 🍬🐾

All rescues at FairyTails are fully ready to join your family! Our PETS come to you dewormed, fully vetted, spayed/neutered, dental exam, heart worm tested, flea/tick & heartworm monthly preventative, microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, bathed and professionally groomed!
They are housed either in foster homes or in house at our facility in warm, spacious suites, with plenty of food, water, toys and attention.
