You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.A little love and nurturing and a whole lot of food and TLC have done wonders for our boy Mufasa. In a little over a week, he has gained 5 pounds, his pressure sores are starting to heal, and his sweet and goofy personality has really started to shine. Mufasa is learning that people can be really useful and a lot of fun to hang with, and that life outside of a too small kennel is pretty awesome. He was neutered this past week, vaccinated and microchipped, and he is absolutely ready to start his new life. He would benefit from a home where his people have a lot of time to spend with him as he does not enjoy being confined or alone. Now that he has discovered he likes people, he wants to be with people all the time. He does enjoy dogs that don’t scare him, that is, dogs that mind their own business and don’t get all up in his. He likes cats. At 9 months he has some puppy behavior but is intelligent and food motivated and easily correctable. He is great in his crate. Loves to give kisses (like all the time). He has some puppy playfulness but will respond well to other dogs’ boundaries corrections.
