Haley is a sweet, 12-year-old senior Treeing Walker Coonhound looking for a loving retirement home. She is incredibly gentle, noble, and calm. At this stage, her favorite activity is relaxing and sleeping. She has a very passive, low-energy temperament, making her the perfect companion for a peaceful household.Reason for Rehoming:This decision is made solely out of love to ensure her quality of life. Due to unexpected changes in work and living situations, it is no longer possible to meet her physical needs. We currently live in a closed apartment with no yard access, and due to lack of transport and personal safety constraints in the area, regular walks are restricted. Haley is showing signs of depression from this confinement and needs more open space.Ideal Home:Location: San Diego, CA area.Requirement: A home with a large, secure, and fenced backyard is mandatory so she can exercise at her own senior pace.

Chihuahua / Beagle mix – Tri Color Male 2 years 10 ½ pounds I am currently in a foster home. This sweet Chihuahua/Beagle mix is looking for a patient family to help him continue learning that the world—and the people in it—can be a safe place. He has a difficult history with men and will benefit from adopters who can respect his boundaries, build trust at his pace, and provide plenty of positive reinforcement. On the home front, he’s already potty trained and does well when left home alone, though he’s still working on polishing his leash manners. He’s also a vocal little guy who loves to bark, so a family that can appreciate a pup with plenty to say will be the best match. With consistency, continued training, and patience, he has all the potential to blossom into a wonderful companion.
