One thing that does help Kacey feel more comfortable is being around other dogs — she truly loves them and seems to gain confidence from their presence. Rescues have not been able to step in due to lack of fosters and resources.💛 About Okra:• 4 years old• Treeing Walker Coonhound / Bluetick Coonhound mix - around 55lbs• Spayed, healthy, up to date, & house-trained• Absolutely gorgeous, soulful, and deeply loving• Total couch potato + cuddle bug, loves being close to her person• Also an excellent running companion 🏃‍♀️• Very intuitive and empathetic, she truly senses when you’re down• Loves having a yard to explore• Not destructive when left alone🐾 The Home She Needs:Okra would do best with an experienced dog owner who understands dog behavior and boundaries. She may do best as the only pet, or with careful, experienced introductions.
