Story
Nora is a four year spayed coonhound. Highly intelligent, personable and eager to please. Her only medical concern is allergies which we take her to the vet for shots and she up to date on her yearly care. My husband’s allergies have aggressively flared and recent testing indicates he is allergic to dogs. It’s extremely difficult to make the decision to give her a new home but my husband is unable to get past his allergy symptoms. Nora does well with everyone but will need lots of secure outdoor access and things to do. If you hunt, I’m certain Nora would be very willing to learn how to accompany you! She is full of heart and loves to be with people. Please consider adopting this very special hound!

Story
PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.‼ï¸֟/15 Lewis is still in urgent need of an adopter or foster!! He can’t stay where he is for very long. PLEASE SHARE‼️ He’s a good boy, about 5 1/2 years old, medium energy, house trained, cat, dog and kid friendly. He needs to find his forever home! All details below- WAIVED ADOPTION FEE! Please note he is NOT a senior! He is only 5 1/2 years old. He was originally adopted from us as a puppy so we know his age. He just got a gray face faster than some. Lewis is a mix of many breeds and weighs about 40 pounds. He is a happy go lucky dude who is playful and energetic, but can also calm down quickly. Lewis’s favorite past times are lounging on the couch or in a dog bed with a fluffy blanket, chewing on a dog toy, and playing with his foster siblings (dogs). He is good with other dogs, cats and kids, crate and house trained. He’s doing well with his leash manners and very much enjoys going for walks! If you’re looking for a lovable, happy, semi -playful pup who just wants to cuddle and play with toys, Lewis is your guy. Don’t miss out! We also have a few videos of him, we’ll put them in the comments!
