🥝💚Kiwi 💚🥝 Kiwi might be one of the most cuddly cats we have ever at the center. All he wants is to be taken into your arms and held all day. He has plenty of gas in that motor of his and pretty much purrs all day! ❤ He is an excellent acrobat🤸‍♂️. He will leap right off the ground in to your arms just to be close to you. Sometimes this can take people by surprise, so although he adores all age kids.... he would do better in a home with out very small children as his overly affectionate leaps for hugs can scare the wee ones. He coexists well with cat savvy dogs and other cats. He is also one of the only cats that did not constantly bother the lizard 🦎

We are a rescue and get what we get in terms of cats in need of a home. Luna was purchased in New York City close to an animal hospital when she was only weeks old. She is now 3 and 1/2. She has been a sole pet until July, 2025 when we acquired another kitten. She has not taken to the new kitten and feels that her territory is being invaded despite all our efforts to acclimatize her to the new kitten. We travel a lot so the premise was to have a friend for Luna when we are not home. This effort backfired and Luna probably needs to be on her own. Luna is a very independent and feisty cat. She is lively, playful and enjoys being in the company of her owners; in the same room. She will gladly jump and seek attention but will not remain in one's lap for a long time. She, like most cats, enjoys a bit of human contact and attention every day but not too much. She is a joy to have around and is a beautiful animal. Parting with her will be most difficult but we just feel that it is the best thing to do considering the uptick in our travel schedule.
