Story
dob 9/15/25 Button was born right in her TC Paw foster home after the family rescued a stray pregnant cat and agreed to foster for TC Paw. Button is a very sweet kitten who can be a bit reserved, but as soon as you start petting her, the little purr motor really gets going. She likes to follow you around the house. Button is a bobtail kitten, as her mother was. It's cute. She's a good eater, both dry and canned, and she gets along with kids, dogs, and other cats. Button likes to play, especially with her sister Patch. They are very close, and we'd love to see them adopted together. Please check Patch's page too. Story
dob 2/1/23 Honey and several other cats lived in their homeless owner's car. When the owner tried to relinquish some of them, Honey got loose and ran off. After she was later trapped again, quite a ways away, a friend offered to care for Honey until the owner got back on her feet; however, that didn't happen, and now Honey is with TC Paw in a foster home. Honey is a timid kitty, fearful of her new surroundings at first, but now she is very sweet and friendly. She has cute, stiff curled ears and the most endearing, chirping little meows when you approach. She loves being petted and brushed, and she likes curling up in a box. She's unsure about loud noises and fast approaches, and, though she's never aggressive, she will hide if she's afraid. In a quiet home with older, gentle children where she can gradually feel safe, Honey will be a lovely pet.  If you are interested in adopting this TC Paw cat or would like to set up a meet-and-greet, please complete the  Pre-adoption Application .   January 1, 2026, 8:57 pm

Story
dob 12/1/21 We always guessed that Naomi would live her best life as an only cat or with just one other calm adult cat, and recently we had a chance to see how true that is. The number of cats in her foster home dropped to where she is the only foster cat, and suddenly, she is not the fearful, unapproachable cat she was when she came to TC Paw as a mostly outdoor cat whose elderly owner couldn’t care for her anymore. It took Naomi a long time just to get used to her foster home, especially with all those other foster cats and kittens coming and going all the time. Now, however, as the only foster cat, with just the one adult resident cat, Naomi is friendly and interactive. We knew she was in there, and she comes out more every day. She gets on the sofa with her foster family in the evening, approaches them for petting and purring, and plays energetically with toys. Naomi has soft fur, a beautiful face, and a sweet, tiny voice. Sometimes after breakfast, she stands in the window and talks to something out there. She’s an enthusiastic eater who loves squeezy tube treats more than anything else. You can clip her claws if you keep the treats coming. She’ll press her head into your hand for ear and chin rubs and start up her rumbly purr. In a quiet, adult home where she gets affection and treats, Naomi will bloom into a lovely, gentle companion cat. Please help us find that home for her.
