I’d thrive in a home with a friendly resident cat or kitten to keep me company and share cuddles with. The staff here say I’m curious, and full of charm. When winter settled over the neighborhood, I was just a shivering wanderer trying to make sense of the cold world around me. A kind young woman noticed me, understood I needed help, and gently brought me to Animal Ark. I’m Chica — a medium-haired tortoiseshell kitten with a heart that’s learning how good it feels to be safe. I was a bit overwhelmed at first, but it didn’t take long for me to realize I had landed somewhere full of kindness. Warm blankets, full meals, and gentle hands have shown me what comfort really is. I may be a quiet little girl, but I melt under soft voices and loving pets. No one knows much about my past or how I feel about dogs, children, or other cats, but with patience and slow introductions, I believe I could blossom beautifully. If you’ve been dreaming of a fluffy bundle of sweetness — a kitten who brings purrs, playfulness, and a touch of winter-rescued magic — come meet me at Animal Ark.
