Say hello to Mabel! She came to TCHS as a transfer from another facility with a litter of her kittens. They spent some time together in foster care to raise her babies, but now she is ready for a home of her own! Slow and proper introductions to resident pets and children are always recommended when bringing a new animal home. Ask a TCHS staff for tips on how to ease the transition. She is a beautiful gal, but our favorite quality if her sweet disposition. Her purr motor is in tip-top condition, and she will seek out more attention. She should be fed measured portions of a high-quality cat food to help her maintain an appropriate weight and long-term health. An adoption hold reserves available animals for one day after the animal is ready to be adopted. More than one adoption hold may be placed on an available animal and will be honored in the order they were received. Adoption holds are $25 plus tax, are non-refundable, non-transferable and not applied toward the adoption fee. **Minnesota sales tax and an administrative fee ($20 for cats/dogs and $10 for small animals) will be applied to all adoptions. Meet Crusher Jr! He has been described as high energy and playful. However, he can be timid in new environments and will likely need extra time to adjust in his new home. Crusher has lived with other cats and small to medium breed dogs and has been friendly. He has not lived with children. All introductions should be slow and proper when bringing home new animals. This cat was found on the 3000th block of Southway Drive in the city of St. Cloud. Impound fees must be paid to the city of St. Cloud and a receipt must be shown at the shelter before he can be reclaimed. Additional fees at the shelter may apply.
