Turkish Angora kittens & cats in North Battleford, Saskatchewan

Mau is noticeably smaller than her siblings due to a near death experience after they were abandoned in the country. She went missing after Meo and Merp were trapped and we thought the worst had happened. Fortunately she was found locked in an unused chicken coop two weeks later severely dehydrated and emaciated. With careful refeeding she has made a full recovery and is back playing with her siblings. She still attacks wet food as though she hasn't eaten in weeks, but can you blame her? When she was first rescued she would shout "Mau" hense her name. Now that she isn't starving she has a very small voice that she uses sparingly. Mau is very affectionate and prefers to nap near someone whenever possible. When playing she tends to sit back and watch till her siblings take a break. If you're thinking of getting two kittens she loves her brother the most.

Meo is a little lady, polite and tidy. Her soft little voice is only used when absolutely necessary. She has unusually refined table manners and promptly cleans herself after. She loves to cuddle and climb on shoulders but also likes alone time in her window perch moving there once her desire for attention has been met. She loves to play and often sneak attacks he siblings. She is also completely obsessed with anything dropped on the floor like pen tops and milk caps

Nova was trapped at a feral cat colony as an older kitten. She has made so much progress since that day. Nova loves pets and being brushed with a slicka, she even likes cuddles while sitting in your lap. She loves to rub against door frames and has been trying out rubbing against her foster mom's legs. If given a chance she also likes to sleep at the foot of the bed. She gets scared if you pick her up then walk but is ok being held in one place or if you move to the couch very slowly. She will retreat to her safe cosy corner when she's unsure, but has been doing this less as she gains confidence. She also loves sleeping in a perch in the front window where she can watch the birds and the goings on in the house. She plays with her foster siblings and gets along with the older cats because she doesn't chase them. She will be a sweet loving friend to someone who has a quiet life and I think she would easily make friends with another cat.
