Turkish Angora kittens & cats in Gainesville, Texas

This is prince. He had originally been adopted around 5 years ago when he was 9. Since adopting prince, we've got to see his personality come through. He's a pretty chill guy and mostly likes to just hang around wherever you go. He's not a big cuddler, but he'll happily sit beside you and accept pets while you relax.Now that he's getting older he's definitely showing a bit of arthritis and he does need a little bit of (cat safe) laxative mixed in with his wet food daily, but otherwise he's in good health and can act independently. He has a very soft coat, but he's having trouble keeping up with it as he's getting older. He'll require frequent brushing.Prince is a fairly large cat, given that he's half maine coon. When we had originally adopted him, he was overweight and had trouble with asthma, but after some time in a smoke free home we haven't seen any asthma flair-ups in the years that we've had him.It breaks my heart, but due to instability here, he'll need a new loving home.
