Turkish Van kittens & cats in Calgary, Alberta

Buttercup is a petite, fluffy, and quietly opinionated lady who is finally ready to fully blossom. After being rescued from a rough situation by FurballForce, she and her best friend, Pursay, are looking for a quiet sanctuary where they can put down roots together.Though initially terrified and hiding in the closet upon arrival at her foster home, Buttercup quickly decided that being social is much more fun. She now spends her days tossing catnip toys, cuddling and wrestling with Pursay, and following her foster mom around like a loyal little wallflower. While she has plenty to say, her cute squeaky mew is mostly silent, which only adds to her endearing charm. She is also of the firm opinion that no one should use the bathroom alone and that all baths require her personal supervision.Though not a lap cat, Buttercup always wants to be within arm's reach to supervise whatever you are doing. She is hilariously assertive with her headbutts when she wants affection and will gently paw you if you stop petting her too soon. When relaxing, Buttercup loves gazing out the window from her cat tree or basking like a wildflower in afternoon sunbeams. Most nights, The Ladies wind down around the sofa before migrating together to the foot of the bed.Neither cat begs for food or wakes you up for breakfast, and both have flawless litter box habits while strictly using scratching posts. If you are interested in helping these two charming companions flourish, The Ladies would love to meet you.Adoption Fee: $225Estimated DOB: July 2021
