Story
Meet Danni Partridge!  Wait.  Are you sure you are looking at Danni Partridge and not Tracy Partridge?  Of course!  I'm sure you'll notice her obvious differences from her twin sister, it's clearly Danni, c'mon, look at her eyes, they're lighter/has heterochromia (one blue and one green eye) & Danni's orange makes a nearly perfectly shaped upside-down V on her forehead.  Well, now that we've cleared that up too, we can focus on DANNI!  Our little Danni is scheming up games to play with her twin rather than ways to make money for the family, like her namesake, Danny Partridge.  She figures out fun games of pounce & wrestle, then to Mama Shirley or her foster mom for some post-play cuddles.  Danni would be good with another young kitten (perhaps her twin so you can have copy-cats!!), older / respectful children or dogs.  As a general rule, we recommend that young kittens only go in pairs or to households that already have another pet. Young kittens on their own, no matter how much attention they get from humans, usually get bored and tend to be more destructive.  They need another animal to help socialize them (to learn how to appropriately wrestle, boundaries, etc).  Most times having another cat is the best, though some may be okay with a gentle dog. You can see more pictures and videos of our fosters on our facebook page:  Sophia L'Orange Kitten Rescue All of our adoptable animals are cared for and assessed in foster homes (we do not have a shelter), up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV, before they are adopted. They have had de-worming medication as a standard of care and Flea/Tick/Ear Mite preventive treatment. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet. ##2490705##

Story
Did you know Kierra is a lucky omen?  Her namesake, Kiara, was born under the glow of a supermoon, which is very lucky.  Our tiny Kierra must also have been born with luck!  Little tripod Kierra certainly has needed luck on her side, now she just needs her luck to hold out a little longer for her to find the purrfect forever family!  Kierra is as pretty as a picture, a tween with thick gorgeous fur, Turkish Van markings and the sweetest face.  She's a trooper - she had a twisted back leg, likely from a congenital abnormality, that needed to be amputated, but brave Kierra doesn't let this stop her from anything!  Kierra must use the strength of her namesake, gifted waterbender Kiara who had the unique talent of incorporating the bending styles of all the elements, to bend the world around her to fit her needs.  That must be how nothing slows her down!  Kierra is an absolute love, she has an instantaneous loud fabulous purr, cuddles at any chance and loves to be with people.   If you are looking to bring some luck & love into your life (and who isn't?) this brave girl is it!  Kierra needs to be with another playful cat (perhaps her brother? Imagine the world of bending fun that would be!) and is good with respectful children.
