Meet Nya! Nya is the of her litter kitty of her litter mates. She is almost 5 yrs old. She can be very timid at first and takes her time to settle but once she does she is quite active and social when she wants to be. To extremely as she enjoys her independence and space. She is very vocal too depending on the day. She was found on the side of the road with 3 of her litter mates in a box. Barely 4 wks old. Nya is beautiful and so sweet once comfortable with her surroundings. She loves all cats, dogs, and critters of all sizes. Nya is very independent and likes it that way. A home with other pets is preferred. Nya is fully vetted spayed and up to date on all vaccines. Updated: 2/1/2023 www.animalhousesanctuary.org We believe training is an ongoing process that needs to be worked on daily. New issues that arise, need to be addressed and/or rewarded. Understanding that continued training is a lifetime commitment, is very important. Out-of-state adopters are welcome at the adopter's expense. Meet & Greets are a required before proceeding with an adoption. We DO NOT ship any of our pets.

Poppy is an extremely affectionate, 3 year old Calico kitty. I rescued her from a friend of a friend, and I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever met such a sweet cat in my life. She loves snuggles, treats, cat nip toys, and has been a great companion. I’ve struggled with the thought of rehoming her, but I know that she deserves someone who can give her the time and care she deserves. I ended up going back to school full time, and work nights at two jobs. I can see this has had an affect on her, and she genuinely deserves someone who either works from home or has more time for an attached kitty. I feel very lucky for my time with this sweet girl, but I know I’m making the right decision for the both of us.
