Serena is still waiting… and we can’t figure out why. 🐾 Serena has been with us 6 months, making her our longest resident, and we would love nothing more than to see her finally get her turn at a forever home. She’s about 2 yrs old and weighs around 45 lbs. She is wonderful with other dogs and seems to make friends with every new pup that comes through the shelter. The sad part? All of her doggy friends have been adopted while Serena is still here patiently waiting. Serena would make a perfect house dog, especially in a home with another canine friend. She enjoys going outside to run fast and play, but once she’s gotten her zoomies out, she’s more than happy to head back inside and relax with her people. ✨ Her adoption fee is sponsored and reduced to just $20, which covers her spay, distemper/parvo vaccines, rabies vaccine, deworming, and microchip. Serena has waited long enough. Let’s find this sweet girl the home she deserves. ❤️ If you’d like to meet her, please call 256-362-5856 to schedule an appointment.
