Story
Mia is a 15-month-old Vizsla and an affectionate, friendly girl who loves people and other dogs. She has a sweet personality and enjoys being around her humans. Mia is very athletic and loves playing fetch, going on runs, and hiking. She has excellent recall and frequently plays fetch in large open fields off leash. She also does very well on off-leash runs and hikes and naturally stays close. She is fully house trained and reliably goes to the bathroom outside. When I’m in the office Tuesday through Thursday, she can comfortably hold it for up to 8 hours. Mia is also used to a consistent routine and eats one large meal each day around 4pm. Mia would do best with an active owner who enjoys running, hiking, or spending time outdoors. I am rehoming her due to lifestyle changes, as I plan to travel more and cannot give her the time and consistency she deserves. My goal is to find her a great long-term home where she will get the attention, exercise, and care she deserves.

Meet Mack!🎉 Mack was recently surrendered because he struggled to bond with the father in the home, which left him feeling fearful. However, he is thriving in his foster home and has no issues with the man of the house! At just one year old and weighing 53 pounds, Mack is a Viszla mix who gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and children! ❤️ His foster family describes him as a sweet boy who enjoys playing with his foster siblings and loves his chew toys. He is full of energy, enjoying every opportunity to play outside and run around. Mack also adores cuddle time and belly rubs. He walks well on a leash, is fully house trained, cratetrained and will let you know when he needs to go outside. While he can be timid around new people, he warms up quickly! Mack is a smart cookie - he knows several commands, including sit, stay, and wait. Mack is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped! 📍 Being fostered in Bechtelsville, PA
