I’m Tutti Frutti, a spunky senior Vizsla mix in search of a person or family to call my own.I was surrendered by my owner to the Humane Society of York County, a disconcerting transition for a girl who’s used to her home and routines. My estimated birth date is April 2014 and I’m medium size, about 35 to 40 pounds.I may be technically a senior, but don’t let that fool you – I’m a playful, sometimes-saucy girl with plenty of get-up-and-go in me. I’m also a total love bug and prefer to be close to my human family.I’ve spent time in foster care to recuperate from minor surgery – no worries, my medical needs are taken care of! – and have enjoyed snuggling with my foster family and having daily walks. I’ve shown that I would rather have my human beings all to myself, and would probably do best as the only dog in my forever home.I’m a smart, affectionate pup and would love to find a new family that will be as loyal to me as I am to them. Meet Grog! This gorgeous vizsla mix came to us from another shelter and is estimated to be around 2 years old. Grog is a misunderstood, overlooked boy who is so deserving of a happy ending. He gets along well with other dogs and, once he feels comfortable, shows what a super sweet and loving dog he really is. Dogs really help his confidence! He enjoys being outside and exploring in our play yards, playing in the water, and sunbathing. Grog has been THRIVING in a foster home! He is blossoming and really coming out of his shell. He is working hard on potty training and household manners, and with the right family to give him love and understanding, Grog will no doubt flourish! We promised Grog that the rest of his life, would be the best of his life.
