Story
Born June 2025, Manchas and her siblings were puppies on the street far too young. Thankfully a kind stranger took them in for a few weeks while they waited for space to open up at the SPCA PV sanctuary in Puerto Vallarta. While we’re so happy she’s off the street, she belongs in a home with a family who loves her. We think she’ll grow to about 30 lbs. She is a mixed breed which may include terrier and pointer, and her name translates to “spots” for her beautiful and unique red spots on her white coat. Manchas was good tested with cats – she was very curious. As Manchas has spent her early life in sanctuary she prefers walking with other dogs and might like a dog companion to show her the way. Manchas has been going to the Saturday market in PV and has been doing amazing with meeting new people and other dogs that pass by, she’s very calm and curious. If you think you might be a good fit for this gorgeous girl, either as her happy ever after, or as a foster along the way, we’d love to hear from you at pvcaadoptions@gmail.com. Please check your junk mail for our response in case it’s made its way there. Check out more here: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DRGm5yHEbfe/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ==

Story
A little bit about Bellini: - children unknown - cats / small animals unknown - dogs unknown, potential to live with select other dog pending successful dog-to-dogAlthough she`s a bit timid when you first meet her, she`s such a sweet Bellini! And having been found as a stray, it`s no wonder that Bellini can be wary of strangers. But if you take the time to go slow while you get to know her (and offer her tasty treats!), you`ll start to see how wonderfully affectionate and lovely this gal can be!Bellini is the type of dog that would thrive in a calm quiet home with those that know how to read her body language. She can also be a bit clingy and loves nothing more than to cuddle up with her person (or lay on top of them!) and will press herself into you if she wants more pets! One thing that her new family should be aware of is that there are some regular doggy things that Bellini finds a little scary, like putting on a harness, passing cars, or squeaky toys. That why she`ll need help slowly building up her confidence to be the wonderful companion she was meant to be!There`s even a chance that Bellini could do well with another dog in the home! But if you want to learn more about her, then come by and say hello to her today!
