Story
Donner is a very beautiful 4 year old chocolate brown male (neutered) Weimaraner ~80% . Owner has Alzheimers & can't keep him. He's trained to walk OFF leash and would be ideal for walkers, especially brisk walkers. He's smart, learns quickly, and eager to please. He knows all basic commands, plus special ones. He enjoys car rides. He comes with leash, several collars (electric, night, basic), harness and two beds. He's NOT a big barker...not noisy. Will briefly bark when door bell is rung. Periodically barks when dogs in neighborhood are barking. He lives happily with 2 cats ages 5 & 17. He loves humans of ALL ages, genders, occupations. In-home, he's a 64lb lap dog. He has been aggressive towards other dogs (Not since he started wearing an electric collar and received professional training.) On a firm leash he is calm (won't bark) in the proximity of other dogs (e.g. on trails). He has sometimes chewed shoes if alone for 4++ hours. Vaccines are all current.

Piperoni is a 6.5-year-old hound mix (Weimaraner, American Foxhound, and Treeing Walker Coonhound) who’s ready to be your adorable sidekick. With her sleek black coat, soft hound ears, and bright personality, Piperoni is a loving, people-focused dog who just wants to spend time with her person, whether it’s on neighborhood walks or keeping vermin away while you’re gardening. She’s silly, smart, and will greet you with a big smile (or a soft stuffy in her mouth). She’s currently living with a temporary foster in Davis and would thrive in a forever home as a solo pet with a secure yard and someone who enjoys her company and affectionate, silly vibes.
