Sadie’s story hasn’t been easy, but her heart is still full of love. She was first dumped as a puppy, then adopted by someone who neglected her. She wasn’t fed or cared for, and when she developed an infection after her spay, she didn’t receive the medical care she needed. She was eventually returned to the shelter, where she ended up on the euthanasia list. Thankfully, Sadie was rescued just in time and is now thriving in foster care in Northern California. Sadie is about 3 years old, a beautiful fawn-colored Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Weimeraner mix with soulful golden eyes. She’s incredibly sweet, eager to please, and ready to finally be loved the way she’s always deserved. Mimzy is a fan of running, playing chase, and playing with sticks. She loves her monkey stuffy and lamb stuffy and snuggling at night with her person. Mimzy is not a big fan of being left alone and will need help settling into a new space as well. She is crate trained when left alone. Mimzy is a sweetheart who needs space to run and loves playing outside. She does not like sharing her dining space with other animals. This princess prefers to eat quietly in her own space...totally understandable. Being a princess, Mimzy will appreciate meeting any pawtential fur siblings to see if they are a good fit. She is a lover who knows what she wants.
