Coming 2/9 THEREFORE YOU CANNOT MEET THIS DOG TILL THEY COME AND SETTLES INTO FOSTER HOME BUT YOU CAN APPLY NOW IF INTERESTED AND WANT DETAILS WHEN WE HAVE THEM Some kind of pointer/spaniel mix? Between ages 6-8 months old Currently 20lbs Shelter Notes: She is a shy girl. She is friendly just a little skittish. Once she gets accustomed to you, she is supper friendly and loving and loves to play. She gets along great with dogs and cats. More to come once she arrives! All POSO Dogs come with: - Spayed/Netuered - Basic Shots (age appropriate) - Fecal and 4dx testing - other medical concerns addressed before adoption - 2 Free one on one dog training sessions with a professional dog trainer - Training received in foster home - Basic things like some food, treats, leash and collar - PDFs of training material and local coupons and dog sitter recommendations

Story
Ember is a sweet, affectionate, and very snuggly English Springer Spaniel who loves being close to her people. She is high-energy, athletic, and happiest when running and playing fetch with her tennis balls. Most of the time, she is gentle, loving, and eager to connect. Ember has had isolated incidents of aggression toward other dogs, including our male Springer, likely related to resource guarding or protective behavior. She has never shown aggression toward humans. Due to dog-on-dog incidents, we believe she would do best as the only dog in the home. She currently lives with a 3mo baby and has been gentle and loving so far, but out of caution we are seeking a home with no babies or toddlers (older kids may be okay). Medical: Over a year ago, Ember broke her back right leg and had surgery with a titanium plate placed. She has been fully cleared by her vet and has no ongoing issues. Ember is deeply loved, and we are committed to finding her a safe, stable home where she can thrive.
