Story
Meet Wilf!Who doesn't like a puppy that looks like a muppet who wished for sentience and stares into your soul with his eerily human-like eyeballs? If you don't mind a sprinkle of uncanny valley in your life, Wilf is pretty much the perfect puppy. He's about 6-7 months old and, if we had to guess...we would assume that he's a schnauzer mix. Right now, he's about 17lbs. He'll most likely end up around 30-35lbs when full grown, though obviously we can't guarantee this because Wilf's lineage is a mystery...just like the rest of him.In typical puppy fashion, Wilf has no concept of "stranger danger". He does not know what it means and does not wish to learn. He's the kind of dog that will run right up to you and make you fall in love right there on the spot. He's a wiggle worm and does not like to sit still for too long - "too long" being approximately four seconds. He is very much a puppy with puppy energy. Similarly, he needs some work with his leash manners - he's not terrible by any means but he's prone to zigzagging and zooming. Wilf gets along with everyone. Other dogs, cats, kids, it doesn't matter. Obviously any other dog in the home would need to be able to tolerate a puppy and have patience for his shenigans. Same thing with cats - if the cat is going to be terrified or infuriated by his extroverted everything, then it will be a no-go. As far as kids, kids 5+ would be preferred because he may accidentally knock them over until he learns his manners. If you're in the market for a scruffy muppet, come meet Wilf!To apply, visit foreverpaws.com and click adopt to download our application.
