Story
Meet Schnoodle, a ten-month-old Poodle/Schnauzer mix weighing 45 pounds.Schnoodle is a medium-sized bundle of energy, personality, and pure goofball charm. This outgoing “little spaz” has a big zest for life and is always ready to bounce into whatever fun is happening next. He’s active, social, and guaranteed to keep you laughing with his goofy, enthusiastic antics. When Schnoodle arrived, he was dealing with a lot of discomfort—cheat grass had worked into both of his ears and paws, causing painful, infected abscesses and bleeding in each foot. Thankfully, he has received treatment and is now healing beautifully. His resilience and happy spirit have truly shined through it all.Moving forward, Schnoodle will need regular grooming to keep his coat healthy and prevent matting, which will also help him stay comfortable and feeling his best. He’ll do best with an active home that can match his energy level and provide both physical exercise and mental stimulation.Despite everything he’s been through, Schnoodle remains an outgoing, friendly goober who’s ready to love life and the people in it. If you’re looking for a fun, high-energy companion with a big heart and an even bigger personality, Schnoodle is ready to bounce right into your world. This pet is available for adoption on 6/20/2026 8:14 AM at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center.
